Hello Utrust community,

Reading all these negative comments forced me to create an account here and write this message.

Although its a shame that the tokens are not released according to the initial schedule yet you should not worry and spread "scam" rumours. The KYC process is obligatory by (I guess in this case) the Swiss government as investors from certain countries are not allowed to invest in this ICO (like for example North Korea), thus making it necessary for us investors prove who we are and that we live in the approved countries. And that we are actual investors/persons. This has nothing to do with the Utrust's team trying to scam you or to delay the token distribution. If you read their messages you will see that they are frustrated as well..

In just several days they have found another partner to complete the KYC process as fast as possible. This shows their ability to solve problems as they go. Yes they missed their deadline. I've got a surprise for you: they will miss another. Don't judge them by their very early mistakes but rather by how they solve these mistakes as they go.

For me the KYC process worked after 4 times of trying: SMS did not work, the online form was not submitted properly and some connection issues.. 4th time took me 2 minutes to complete the process. My advice - have your documents ready!

And by the way, demanding your tokens now is like demanding bricks for a house building of which will start in a year. If you want to trade the tokens as fast as possible then maybe you should not invest in an ICO but rather just buy some currency on an exchange. KYC for which is obligatory as well..

Now is the time to show Utrust our support as they need it the most as their plan is not working as well as they hoped. Work with them and give them the time to deliver their milestone. They can and most probably will do a great job and we as the community must support them

Sorry for the rant,

Bye
why they ban users from telegram chanell for no reason without any warning?! is this professional attitude towards investors?! do you i have right to ask questions or are we all in north korea?!

Why is the campaign media table not calculated? No number of tokens. And when will they begin to pay rewards?
You must wait the bounty manager update total token reward for all bounties.
It will take much times, you do not need to check them every day, create a schedule and check the speardsheet every week or month, you can save your time to do other things.

many guys are impatient here. Just want their money. Not only in case of UNTRUST.
I think maybe is better to slow down distribution of bounty tokens. It is much better for price and investors

If you want to slow down payments seem to be generating a spammer's word of speech.

Ether is worth 600 dollars now!! Could you imagine if we kept our ETH instead to invest in this f***ing shitcoin!  Angry
I have personaly invested 10 ETH. I was expected to get my tokens 1 week after! Look how much money I have already lost! And over all they have banned me from Telegram. Look how they insult their investors. If at least they gave us a bonus or any compensation! I am not a sheep...
They are lucky I m not living in switzerland or Portugal! But I am really thinking to take a legal action against them. After all they are registered as a company.
In USA some companies have been sentenced after ICOs scam. Why not gathered and make a collective legal action. I already know some other investors that are able to follow.

Be patient. Token didn't even release yet. After you buy some altcoin are you going to its thread and talk if i keep my bitcoin i will make double?

Besides, you are a newbie with very little activity so i suspect you are an alt of monetha investor trying to spread fud.

In time pre-ICO there were no KYC and there were no agreements. Developers have changed rules of the game, and now refuse to return my investment. It in general is lawful? It is possible to file a lawsuit against them about it?

I consider it theft and fraud. I didn't agree and didn't sign any agreements in August. I demand that you have returned my money. I don't accept your conditions.

I don't think they are dying to do a KYC also spend some money for it.

But it is a necessity to obligate the laws. I am sure that if there is not an obligation no project would want a kyc.

My question not about it. When they took my money in August, wasn't and I asked the speech this question about KYC, and the answer was "is NOT PRESENT, we HAVE no KYC".

Now December, and they refuse to return my money.
I didn't agree with their conditions. I refuse to pass KYC as I don't trust them and their company. This my right.

They are obliged to return my money.

Instead they have forbidden me in Telegram, and don't answer mail. THEY HAVE STOLEN my MONEY.

Oh, I get it now.

Yes, you are every right to be angry about it. They can't just change conditions of ico without giving refund option to already invested people.

Do bounty hunters need to send kyc? We participated just bounties.
It is ridiculous to give identity information for this...

They are not the first trying to pull that stunt regarding no-refund. ICON comes to mind.

At the end of the day, with all of this -- the frequent unilateral changes of the terms, the frequent delays on their roadmap, the dubious people they associate with (the debt-collecting agency doing the KYC has a horrible reputation, the person running their po box company in Switzerland is documented to be a stock fraud) -- whether intentional or not, it shows that they are less experienced than what their marketing efforts (including the paid shills) wanted to make us believe.

With all that, it's up to each individual to either continue to believe that they can succeed, or to dump this headache of a token as soon as possible.

The age of pseudonymity is ending especially in icos, i wouldn't count on doing just bounties would free you of kyc. You don't necessarily need to have that done this time, because we are still on the gray are on this, but i would bet that you'll have to do that in the near future with every ico.

I don't know why they need KYC from the people and even they are asking for bounty people. I think they never registered in their website to get the bounties, I think even manager didn't mentioned about it. If it required means then everyone one should send their KYC for approval.

You would think that they would have one person in this bitcointalk ann thread to answer our questions also. there are not that many bounty hunters it wouldn't take long to verify us all and pay us out so as not to tarnish there reputation in the crypto community. If any utrust people actually are reading this thread than please assign a team member to deal with this also. I understand you seem to be overwhelmed right now but we are bounty hunters and are quite skilled at assisting you if you just provide us a clear path or even assign one of us to gather all the kyc info for you.

Developers don't contact and ignore my question even here at a forum. I consider it fraud.

I repeat, I invested in time of PRE-ICO and didn't sign any agreements. There was no KYC, if it was, I wouldn't invest. You have misled me. Have deceived.

I REFUSE TO PASS KYC, IT WASN'T IN CONDITIONS. JUST RETURN ME MY MONEY.
