Just be active daily and post daily you can be rank and relay the above list of activity for every rank..
If you are not active you will never rank up just be active.
If you make a lots of post as newbie right now or made 100 post today you will never rank but your activity will reach the maximum of 14 activity..
Every 14 days you can get a 14 activity so be active just 1 post daily is enough to rank up until 30 days you can be a jr.member..

Ranks are determined by the user activity the he/she get in every update , this the formula how the activity calculated:
The activity number is determined in this way:
time = number of two-week periods in which you've posted since your registration
activity = min(time * 14, posts)

Activity is updated every hour.
Hope that helps   Grin

So you can get a maximum of plus 14 activity per 14 days or what? And does it never drop if you dont post for a long time?
Also if you have a old account can you then get more activity faster ?
How about posting time limits? Can you show time limits per user level?

Old inactive accounts can be used if you want a faster activity count...
I have a friend who has an old account the he activated it again...
He was able to accumulate 28 activities in a single day...
As far as i know 360 sec of waiting time to post again for a newbie...
As your rank goes higer time limit decreases significantly....

In order to increase your activity, you just need to post. In short, you can post in any thread you want as long as it is not a spam. You may be banned or kicked in a signature campaign if you don't follow some rules in their campaign. So yes, you are free to poat in any threads.

It's sickening how important this seems to you. This forum is turning into
a paid to post clown school.  And this question has been addressed so many
times that another thread about it just shows how backward thinking you are.  All
of you.  Do some reading and less yapping.

Because the questions has been asked numerous times and we newbies just need to go around the forum and needs to understand how it works. People here don't want to spoon feed most of the newbies and posting questions like this which has been answered before its no good because its looks like someone has wants to increase his post count. I'm still newbie but I try to learn everything here by going around the forum and reading the answers of member that are knowledgeable. And i have seen a lot of replies by seniors more sickening that this one. Moral lesson for us: before asking questions look it this has been asked before and been answered already.

Was rude, yes, but I didn't mean to direct that rudeness to your reply
specifically, except for the part about being sickened.   It was more OP's question.
I was rude to you in your loan thread I think, because it was ridiculous.   Welcome
to bitcointalk; grow a thicker skin and a nutsack and you'll do just fine.

Everybody ranked up today, right?   That should retire this issue.

If you are asked a hundred times about a single question, what would you feel? Its kinda irritating to see questions that's already been asked a couple of times - in "his" part. Try reading previous post of others for you to know if it had been already asked. Just read and read and you will survive, that's what i am doing now. I am still a newbie though i ranked up, i am not quite familiar in everything so for me to learn i read the post of others specially the post of hero and legendary ones. I am just explaining his side, although he came very rude to you but i find it normal, for which the fault lies within you. If you didn't ask then you will not get scolded by him. Also doing a research about something will help you too.

As you post, your ranked will increase but with regards to maximum 14 activities per 2 weeks (correct me if i am wrong, thanks).

I just don't get the need for the ranking system. I've been in and out of this forum for years.

It's been hacked more times than I have posted in those years - there's a reason I don't post much. Now I have to post on random threads so that I can post when I want to.... sillly
