There are also free bitcoin faucets on the internet that give out small rewards for doing tasks (bitvisitor.com) or just visiting their site. Most of these are on a timer of 30m to 1h with a few being on 24h.
A nice little place to visit is coinreaper.com as it has an integrated tracker to see how long you have to wait before you're allowed to enter your address again for a new reward.

But your best bets to get bitcoins are still mining or buying them. The faucet rewards are tiny and you need to spend a lot of time every day to get anything significant.

There are hardly free bitcoins right now. If you can't mine or buy. You can offer your services. like in bitmit or in the marketplace or some alt coins that offer bounties you can exchange this to bitcoin.

You can always do some job and get paid in bitcoins - some web development or other programming service.

How easy is it to integrate BTC as a payment system as opposed to something like Paypal?

While it would be useful I'm not sure about taking payments in a fluctuating currency. I know that all currencies fluctuate but generally not as many as some of the crazy oscillations seen in the BTC world lately Smiley

Edit: I hadn't checked my account in a while but I see it now has another 0.08 in it! That's like $9 woooo!!!11!!1

I know someone who is currently integrating BTC. They have past expirience with credit cards & PayPal, and they say BTC is the most difficult.
