I'm using Coinomi currently to store all my Bitcoin cash but i want to split them and send the other half to another wallet.
Any wallet with a high security level can be used to store Bitcoin Cash ?

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

I would use btc.com if you want a web wallet. They have recently launched this service and it seems pretty nice. But make sure that you do not store too much in there because ultimately, it is a web wallet, and it's less secure.

For desktop clients you can basically use any of the suggested wallets on bitcoincash.org.

Personally when i split my bitcoin cash i used electron cash and had no issues. It's just a clone of electrum, for bitcoin cash. See here for a complete list of wallets that are endorse by the bitcoin cash team: https://www.bitcoincash.org/

Honestly though i would just dump my BCH as soon as i get it...

If you're looking for a software wallet, I'm not sure why you have a thread in the "Web Wallets" section.

The current Bitcoin Cash wallets don't appear to be the most stable things in existence, since they're in early development.

If you want an SPV wallet Electron Cash is the main one, but the binaries are signed with a pseudonym rather than real people.  If you want a full node you could use Bitcoin ABC.

Some earlier full-node implementations that have been around for longer also support Bitcoin Cash, notably Bitcoin XT, Bitcoin Classic and Bitcoin Unlimited.  You could try these as full nodes as well.

Ideally you would spread your coins between a couple of different wallets.  I don't fully trust any of them really, but full nodes tend to be the best choice so that you can be sure that your wallet is following the consensus rules.

electron maybe can be best option for store bitcoin cash if we have big amount of bcc. but for me which have small bcc amount, i only safe it in exchanges so i can sell it when the price is higher like in bittrex yesterday. today, poloniex has open bcc market and i see the price is moving too fast and if we can follow the price, then we can take a good profit with bcc.

I think BTC.com have also added bitcoin cash wallet recently so you can use them as hot wallet but if you like to make cold wallet than you can just make a pair of bitcoin address in bitcoin paper wallet generator and use it as bitcoincash paper wallet because both have similar address and private key pairs.

If you are reading a lots of post here in forum you can see that saving your bitcoin or any altcoin are not safe in exchange site..
So in my own advised better to use a wallet which is you can fully control about your private keys ..
Like the above said i think electron can be safe just like other said that they are not having any issue except for other who experience some issue about electron cash wallet..
If you just move them into exchange site like other said its risky and don't hold lots of coins if you really want to hold them for a long time in exchange site...

Use btc.com's BCC webwallet. They are good enough for small amounts just like blockchain.info. If you have a bigger amount of BCC then always use a desktop wallet. Electron Cash is available if you want an SPV wallet and of course there is the BCC wallet if you have the resources to download the whole blockchain.

i'm using http://btc.com and https://blockchair.org for bitcoin cash.

Btc.com is already known to be trustworthy in the community, so I suggest that sivesta  should use that. Blockchair.org is new, so be careful with that service.

With the web wallets of bitcoincash is there an option to just upload your wallet.dat and it automatically will reckognise your bitcoincash?  Is this a good way of doing things or are you guys sending your bcash to a webwallet for storing? idk.

And yes i would have move all my other regular original bitcoin out of the wallet.dat file before doing this.

I'm using Coinomi currently to store all my Bitcoin cash but i want to split them and send the other half to another wallet.
Any wallet with a high security level can be used to store Bitcoin Cash ?

Thank you but i'm kind of looking for a software wallet or an android wallet if possible

the btc.com bitcoin cash wallet is also available for android.

I too would recommend btc.com's bch wallet. I've used it without issue, collected my scattered BCHs there before sending them to an exchange.

I'm also using Coinomi for Bitcoin Cash and I'm happy with this wallet. Never tried btc.com wallet, but should be good, because it's well known and trusted wallet. I used Electron Cash wallet, but i had problems to use it, because I think there was some bugs in this app.

go to https://www.bitaddress.org
find the source at the bottom of the page https://github.com/pointbiz/bitaddress.org/archive/v3.3.0.zip
move this to a clean and offline computer.
open it.
move your mouse around until it shows 100%
now copy the private keys that it generated for you and save them. preferably write them down or safely print them on a paper and keep it safe.

now you own a bitcoin cash paper wallet for your cold storage. send your funds there and later when you wanted to spend them just install a wallet of your choice, sweep the paper wallet and have fun.

There are conceptually two broad categories of the wallets you are looking for.

1. Online wallets: In these wallets it needs you to connect to the internet and then save your stakes. However, you need to essentially keep your “private keys” secure to safeguard your hard earned BTC. A few to recommend would be Exodus, Electrum, Coinomi, Jaxx etc.

2. Offline wallets: On the other hand, in offline wallets, they are not just hardware wallets. Practically any wallet that never needs to connects to the internet to interact falls under this category. However, technically the moment you connect to the internet they no longer remain “Offline”. Here you just need to download the link and install it. A few to recommend would be Bitcoin Core, Bitcoin paper wallet, Ledger, Nano S, Trezor, Electrum, etc.

Now it is you who has to decide which one to choose. But generally as long as you can keep your private keys secure you could use either one.

Hardware wallet is the safest and best way to store any cryptocurrency. Some of the best bitcoin cash hardware wallets are - Ledger Nano S, Trezor, Coinomi, and KeepKey.

There are other types of wallets for storing BCH like mobile wallets, desktop wallets, web-based wallets, and paper wallets. Check the latest bitcoin cash wallets comparison and choose the best BCH wallet.

What's that Freewallet? You mean that Freewallet.org? oh, com' on. For me, that is a scam wallet I never use that kind of wallet.
I had coins and tokens on that Freewallet.org but I can't withdraw my funds, I already emailed of their support team but only bot message replies I only received. Much better I use blockchain.com wallet for my Bitcoin cash compared to that wallet.
