I don`t know, until now I`ve never done transactions worth 1000 satoshi. If I have 1000 satoshi, I will hold and let it wait for the development that will happen. Because with value (1000 satoshi), it is possible the shipping transactions cann`t be processed, while in each transaction, our wallet will charge for the transaction.

It is not profitable. Fee will bigger than your payment.
You have to collect more.

What's the easiest way to send small 1000 satoshi payment?
In this case the easiest way is paying a fee that should not be less than 50000 satoshi.
The transaction looks like this: send: 0.00051000BTC where the fee is 0.00050000BTC.
(You did not ask which is the cheapest way)
One of the reasons why SpectreCoin exists.

Bitcoin is a payment system introduced as open-source software. The payments in the system are recorded in a public ledger using its own unit of account. Bitcoin as a form of payment for products and services, merchants have an incentive to accept the digital currency, concerning with other transaction the fees is too low.

i think you can not send 1000 satoshi . Because 1000 satoshi is very small , if you send 1000 satoshi , You will pay a premium of over 1000 satoshi .

What's the easiest way to send small 1000 satoshi payment?
I think, all the wallets can do that. And maybe you've never done a shipment?..., So you ask a more experienced person to answer it.
Try to visit some of the following wallets:
https://blockchain.info/id/wallet/
https://bittrex.com/

https://triv.co.id/
But, you don`t get stuck on the three wallets that I mentioned earlier, there are many other wallets that I haven`t mentioned, Hopefully you can find the right wallet need for your.
If you do tried out to read up on the concern he did say then hes asking on what wallet does really charge small fee since he do plan to transfer 1k sat which is really too small. If you do tried out to see the fees as of now it is almost 30-100k sat which isnt really worth it because your fee is more than on the amount you would like to transfer. As i did read on previous page we should wait for more longer until you do save up huge amounts of satoshis so that we can transfer and the fee would really be worth it on such transfer.

What's the easiest way to send small 1000 satoshi payment?
If you just need to send it once,  then perhaps a service like coinbase might help as there is no fee to send to another person with coinbase,  if you want to send it multiple times like a faucet use faucethub.  Hope this helps!

There are some third party web-hosted wallets where you can send 1k sats without fee if receiving address is also registered with same host. Sending externally is pointless as fee would be higher than amount transacted. This is a problem that needs to be tackled for bitcoin to gain a mainstream acceptance. 1000 sats is 7 cents, 100k satoshi is $7 and 1 million sats is $70 as of right now. These are not trivial amounts anymore.

i think its impossible send a bitcoin with that said fee not unless you use some  kind of transaction accelerator service like viabtc.com but again your still gonna pay in order for them to accelerate your transaction or you can just use altcoin like dogecoin and litecoin because they tend to have a lesser fee on transaction and also there were some  coins that offers a zero fees  like xrb.

Don't bother unless it's somehow important.  If it is then send it with Coinbase and make sure the recipient also has Coinbase so there's no fee.

you can send 1000 satoshi to any wallet but with the same transaction fee per byte . Meaning to say that your fee for this transaction will be much bigger than the amount you will be sending. If its not that important better to keep it instead.

You can pay with alternatif coin, or you can play faucets like b#stchange, etc. There are minimum to withdraw just 2000 satoshi. That's from me, dude

I actually tried this once however 1000 satoshi is lower than the transaction fee. You should send an amount higher than the transaction fee. I'm not really sure if there is a wallet that offers a super low transaction fee.

You can send very small Satoshi, but you need to pay more for a transaction fee, moreover, some wallets will also charge your fee.
So micropayment becomes popular in the cryptocurrency community and there are some new coins that focus on this issue.

1000 satoshi! this is very small.
It is impossible to make a transaction, for the balance of 1000 satoshi is not enough.
We all know the function of the wallet itself is almost the same as the bank account, any funds saved to the bank account can not be taken all (100%) must be there fund the remaining, as well as the online wallet that you use.
