Bittrex Withdrawal Problem due to Verification

Been using the site for several years without any problems. I was able to withdraw a few days ago but now it states that I need to be verified before I can withdraw....I've been verified a long time ago! It let me deposit, but they wont let me withdraw.....It looks like they have a liquidity problem----> been here before!  Think an exchange got us again!

Bittrex sucks, one can't withdraw unless verified. earlier my account was legacy and now it's tagged as new, it's ridiculous. this is how they treat their early user. i got 50 mBTC stuck in there.

I am pissed!  Mine is tagged as new too, and I just made a similar withdrawal a few days ago.  If I ever get my money out, I will never use them again. It's beginning to look like they are just making up excuses in an attempt to let their deposits catch up to their withdrawals.  This happened to me at cryptsy too before they ran!  Same thing ---> looks like Bittrex has a liquidity problem.

Ok looks like a new policy again and because of your posts I will refrain from using Bittrex for now.

At the time this thread was created, what OP needs is just Basic Verification (basically just a mobile number) so that withdrawal will be available and it goes smoothly as confirmed by OP on previous page. Out of curiousity, I created a new account now and what I saw from Basic Verification now is we need to verified our details unlike before that mobile number is enough.

Weird. My account was tagged as BASIC there so withdrawals should be fine too. I supposed to transfer some of my funds to them a while ago but I saw your responses here so I suddenly not to do it at the moment. Maybe will wait for more responses.

I have been a long time user of bittrex and never any problems until today.  It looks like they finally got rid of their "legacy" accounts and moved them all to NEW with a 0 withdrawal limit.

Okay so the  old days are over and so I submitted for basic verification and they claimed they couldn't find me in their databases.  Crap.  Based on what you and many others have posted my experience with enhanced is not going to be any better.  Crap.

If you are reading this I WOULD NOT DEPOSIT ANYTHING INTO BITTREX UNLESS YOU'RE ALREADY VERIFIED because you wont be able to get it out.

I suspect there will be a class action law suite filed soon. Keep as many records as you can because Bittrex will try to scrub their servers of your information. When you put in your claim later, make sure you take them for every satoshi you can prove you sent to them because the lawyers will take a large part of the award.

Same here, the name I go by is just a tad bit different than my legal name. I've used it with banks, cc companies, insurance companies, and no one has given a shit. Honestly a name mismatch isn't going to stop some crook, obviously they would signup with the name on the ID. If you try that with bittrex they'll gladly take your bitcoins but you can't have them back. Now it looks like I have to get in line behind thousands of people bitching at them (check their twitter). Luckily I didn't send that much but I'm not giving up, I want my money back even though I might be fucked.

Bittrex is currently in the process of ruining their reputation. They should immediately allow an option of closing unverified accounts and withdraw all funds.
Instead, they change their policies, and play games by not replying to support requests, or auto-answering emails sent to support address.
Don't risk your funds if you're not sure you'll be able to get out from Bittrex.

BTW, looks like, for enhanced verification they use a service called Jumio, so apparently users' data are being transferred there for verification, and Bittrex isn't doing it by themselves.

Where can i get a list of licensed exchanges? I have the same verification problem. Its all over the internet, reddit, here, etc. People having the same issue and Bittrex never answering back. I think Bittrex is shady at least.

They are verifying some people outside the US but they are extremely slow and totally unprofessional. It seems that they might not be scamming after all, maybe because they got scared/caught, I would still withdraw everything if I was verified, right now.
