ALL WALLETS (windows/linux/macOS) have been built and are stable. They are all ready for release - this will be very soon because we are still deciding on things such as the hardcap vs tail emission. Once we have voted for all the fundamental changes, we will push out the release

VOTE TAIL EMISSION/HARD CAP 21M what's the tail emission? Tail emission is to allow you to continue mining even after the 21 million, it aims to rebalance due to the lost coins. Currently we have a tail emission of 10% which corresponds to 2.1million per year, the team has thought and revised it downward for a tail emission of 1% which would create 210 000 zoin per year. About this vote:
Normally, the next mining reward halving would be from 50 to 25, around december 6th. Instead, the reward split would go from 50 directly to 12 Zoin per mined block, while we also increase the reward halving time from 105000 blocks to 210000 blocks. This way the time there will be Zoin to mine will effectively increase by 4 (because less Zoin gets mined and the rewards stay in place longer) and reach 21million coins

I've a question about future masternodes.
25000 ZOI for just one masternode is very large amount due to only 21M ZOI i.e. less than 1000 masternodes can exist. And what reward model will be for masternodes?
I think 10k or even 5k ZOI for masternode will be good. Of course now it's very easy to buy enough ZOI for masternode but it becomes harder and harder day by day

The amount for masternode is not fixed. 25k is a estimation.We are listening to the community and this is a remark that often comes up. A vote will surely be presented to the community regarding masternodes. We have not set yet the reward for 1 masternode. |

The price was under pressure the last few days, but now i think the correction is over and the bottom reached. In my opinion it is the right time to fill my bags with some more Zoin.

If the price reached it's bottom support seem zerocoin can back to rise as long as market condition is stable without any bad news. Also as i know zerocoin will release new wallets, so i hope can make this coin price recover |
