It's really hard to put it all specifically or even in estimates.  The SEC hammer on ICO's could come in on full swing by early next year and the best cryptos to invest in could be back to Bitcoin and some of the other POW coins.

It seem the China is cracking down the ICO very hard now. However the price of bitcoin is still not rising.

Yes, Tezos is developing more & more. The total amount of people in community is growing.
It is not listed on most popular exchanges because Tezos team doesnt want to pay huge listing fees. But total 24h volume is 2.25kk$ and many exchanges already listed XTZ: HitBtc,Gate.io,BitFinex.

you're right, Tezos didn't get a serious pumping after he got out of the market. Up to 4-5x. however, in the past years, the coins have been listed on the market, and they are going to rise astrologically. I believe that this will happen in 2019 by adhering to the road map with good news and developments.
