Well, I really didn't want to post this but I am forced to. On Sunday morning (60+ hours ago) I played on PrimeDice and my withdrawal was rather large, over 35 bitcoins. The withdrawal was not sent immediately like most, it said "pending manual review". I contacted support and was told to "please be patient". Nothing came through Monday morning so I contacted support again and was given the same shit response of "please be patient". It is now Tuesday night and my withdrawal STILL has not been sent. Something seems fishy. Support responded AGAIN after I opened new tickets and said "Stunna just got back from vacation and will handle it very soon" but that was this morning, over 12 hours ago. STILL no bitcoins have been sent to me. Why?

Word of advice to all: until this is resolved I would use extreme caution with PrimeDice. There is NO REASON at all to make a withdrawal wait this long. I will update this post and thread if my withdrawal is ever sent.

It is now Wednesday morning and it has been 3 days, still no update from Stunna or any admin and my withdrawal has still not been sent. Put in more support tickets, this time not being so nice.

Than send that to support, if you've done nothing wrong like having insight in the secret seed or such they will pay you out. Hope it's sorted out soon for you.

And btw they can see all your tips to other accounts and if you used a VPN also tell them, many users use it and double IP's are common then.

We are used to this kind of shit from primedice. One funny thing is that they will not ask you for further details if you deposit a large amount of bitcoins. The problem will come in when you want to withdraw. It means they want to deposit a large amount and lose. If you win and want to withdraw, you will go through a lot of problems with their support.

We all gamble at primedice and we don't say it is a scam site. What we mean here is that their support will take a lot of time to respond to you especially if the issue involves large amounts of bitcoins. It is good to verify the authenticity of a player but also they should consider whether this person deposited genuinely or he has taken advantage of the system to steal bitcoins.

In the future when this happens you should just place a hedge position on some margin trading BTC website. I had this issue in the past where I sold something with escrow and sometimes it took like 2 weeks to finally get my BTC. This was during 2015 when BTC was dropping almost everyweek. And it got really annoying because I would sell something for $100 but then 2 weeks later when escrow was released it was only worth $90 or so.

So in the future you should try hedging your bet when this happens to secure your BTC balance.

What is the real reason for his money to be held this long as i have not heard anyone complaining about a delay of five days before in primedice,if you have any doubt regarding the investment he made you should address that to him rather than playing the waiting game as the potential loss he incurred is huge with the recent price slide.

Well if we see the past of primedice. Stunna never hold someone's btc if the user didn't cheated the game. If you are clear to go (proved fair rolls) your bitcoins will be released soon. There are many examples of it in the past that users cheated the system but because of edward they caught one user who was actually cheated the system.

Newest update: NONE. Still no response from any owner or anything. Still no payment to me. My primedice account has been logged out for some reason (left it logged in and browser open). I have contacted a friend at a small police department in Australia and he did a little digging and contacted a friend of his that is police in Melbourne. All unofficially as of now of course. It appears they may know who "Stunna" and "Edward" are (lets call them Mr. T and Mr. C for now). I'd really rather not take this any further and file any sort of formal complaint but this is bullshit. My messages are being ignored and nearly $40,000 was stolen from me.

I made 29 FAIR bets on their site, wagered ~ 16 bitcoins and won a little more then 4 bitcoins. All fairly. If there was any question to the fairness of my bets there is no reason it should take over 5 days to "look into" 29 bets. On top of that, not only are they holding my winnings, they are holding my deposit also.

I will continue to move forward with this until it is resolved, whether formally or informally.
