Hi, my account have been banned for long time ago, I have no idea what's wrong with my account, so when can I get back my account? I have already deposited much amount into this account and even lose much, so I have to bet again to recover my lost, can you please give back my account? My account name is Dakunaito21.

Your account is blocked due to faucet abuse and maybe you don't have deposited anything over 0.025btc over past 3 months. Only admins can unmute those accounts and i don't think admin will do it. I suggested that directly after they got this new rule. They just do nothing with it. Just mute people and let them guess why. |

A lot people faced long confirmation time nowadays and it happened almost at everywhere. And as I saw primedice picks only 30k satoshi as withdrawal fee hence your transaction will take a while to get a confirmation. Btw, what giveaway did you refer? the cashback one? if so, the promotion will be closed at May, 30th. I think they will send the prize after that date. |

Withdrawal has been sent or not? Check on your withdrawal history, if it has been sent but you have not reveived it yet then it is out of PD responsibility. Blockchain transaction is so slow recently, so you have to be patient. |

Yes, that is true. 30k satoshi is pretty low for recent transaction nowadays. But i wonder if they have really ETA to confirm my transaction there because it almost 24 hours and they do not even reply here Withdrawal has been sent or not? it was on blockchain problem because of its low fee. Why they put such a low fee on every transaction, they can put higher or may be let us choose which one do we prefer, slow or fast transaction |

I think it is just normal because since bitcoin has grow fast with enormous amount. Most of the people are now selling their bitcoin and because of that there are many transaction happen that cause pending in some trasaction. |

I don't have any problem currently using primedice, i can log in and do some bets smoothly. maybe try to clear cookies or restart modem if you run out of solution. i can see lots of bets right now too |

I don't have any problem currently using primedice, i can log in and do some bets smoothly. maybe try to clear cookies or restart modem if you run out of solution. i can see lots of bets right now too It's seems like it's in your browser that does not supported??? Or try to clear frits the cookies and refresh it. In my side doesn't encounter this one only it's your browser problem that does not support primedice. Anyways just log in now and doesn't have any issues about it. Tey to clear the cookies before trying to access primedice |
