Are you asking us if at its current price ($4,100+), is it good time to join Bitcoin? I would say a big YES because technically this is a little correction or a retreat from the almost $4,500 level it broke through. Don't wait for its value to reach $5,000 because it would already be more expensive. However, there is really no late period when to enter Bitcoin.

you should be asking "when" will bitcoin go past $5000 not "will it". it is obvious that some day the price will get there as it was obvious it will get to $1000, then $2000 and so on.
it is the growing adoption that leads to this constant price rise. but since it is a time consuming process, it can take a while before we get there.

As for now, btc is just gaining mainstream attention. The global reach of btc means that it is likely to increase until hype dies off. I was a bit sceptical earlier this year with scaling upgrade and all technical issues bitcoin network exhibited.
But not anymore (at least not for now) we are entered hardcore bullish mode and currently we are on the way to destroy another ATH limit.
$5000 thresholds will be reached before the end of the year for sure. That is - if we won't see any unforeseen negative events (another exchange hack, new negative Bitcoin law etc.)

The same question was asked back in $1,000, $2,000, $3,000 and so on, so I think you can make a conclusion now on your question about "is it a good time to join?". Bitcoin is long term so expect that $5,000 is breachable even it may not happen now.

Even after you bought at the current rate then the price suddenly decrease, just hold it. After all it may reached again the price level you able to bought. Now that hopes for bitcoin price to increase more is on the hype right now, you have reason to believe that soon it will hit $5,000 mark or even higher.

Yes definitely it will surpass the 5000 value. Last week I've been saying to other threads that we will be seeing the 4000 by the end of this month and that we will pass 5000 by the end of this year or early next year.
