It's definitely not the worst white paper in the world, (in fact, compared to many ICO's recently, it's seems pretty reasonable), however I'm not too sure that it's a 100 million dollar product. At least the concept makes sense. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1jN-H8Q8i95AgfYYWI6nCo-jeHQmNen-VITfdKOat2rQ/editI did find it interesting that one of the possible uses of the contract chain is "ICO for your projects, as smart tokens and set of standart smart contracts for ICO" It looks like we've reached ICO Inception. Perhaps I should make an ICO to make a product that makes an ICO for your product that could help me make an ICO? |

According to its WhitePaper, UNIVERSA platform offers: 1) Simple protocol for creating apps and blockchains 2) Enormously low cost of transactions (transactions in Universa are expected to be ten times cheaper and do not depend on mining) 3) High speed of transactions (Universa’s speed accounts for 10,000 transactions per second, while Etherium for 15, and Bitcoin – from three to six) 4) Absence of bloat problem 5) Liquidity and smart contracts on Blockchain |
