so to own a vip membership today i have to pay 50 btc, or in fiat, 206750 us$
don't you guys think this is a little bit over the top?

i mean, i would love to have five coins with the last one being half purple showing up below my name
just kinda unsure if it's worth paying a small fortune just to have that feature

The price will always be 50btc because that's what the original donators paid and wouldn't be fair to them to lower it now. New donator ranks have been suggested and pegged to fiat to avoid a similar situation happening but whether they'll get implemented is another matter.
