Very positive on dragonchain. There are very strong ties with Disney which will give them great connections.  They also have a great team with plenty of experience. There main concern is the technology, price will follow.

Some gamification with the option to earn badges would be cool too. Successful enrollment of certifications should even add your profile to a job-database, based on blockchain too, for companies searching for blockchain experts.

Maybe some kind of blockchain-based quizzes where you compete with other participations for the best blockchain knowledge would be a good idea. 

Probably selling the certificates for a small handling fee paid in token would be a nice option too. 
Or even lock the token handling fee as long the certificates are valid and stored on a blockhain.

DRGN has been surrounded with a lot of expectation and the question that remains is when will something be actually presented! Whenever I can buy some tokens in anticipation of a change. There have been no activities on GitHub for almost 1 year! Is it a normal situation?

DRGN and IOTEX both used the Apache 2.0 license and therefore are open source projects.
No reason for an open source project not to commit to their git-repository on a frequent basis IMHO.

Their work is being committed through private github repositories until later this year when they will be made public. It's stated in this extensive and thorough medium article.

Noobs and the emotional call everything a shitcoin when they make terrible trading decisions. People still haven’t learnt that market action and projects are not always connected, especially in the madness of a home stretch bull run. The naive get massacred because they’re fuelled by emotions and ignorance, and manipulative whales make a killing. That’s the markets for you, especially ones in their infancy.

Ever heard of ADA? It’s down 92%. Every heard of Icon? It’s down 97%. Ever heard of QTUM? It’s down 97%. Ever heard of Zilliqa? It’s down 91%....

Nobody talks about Ada Cardano as a shit coin, for going from $1.29 to .03   Most alt coins went the same direction.  If leader of tron was hyping dragonchain it would be a lot more exciting.   When dragon moves from developing to promoting I see all the haters wishing they would have bought some at .08.  Now is the time to buy not when it hits $5 again.    Boxmining one of the biggest utubers did a live stream about colts and people attacking and hating on others.  We should be one family of crypto and support and learn from each other.
