Its little slower but its ok you will need 6 confirmation from wallet and 20 from exchange. As I said little slower then usual but you will receive your coins on exchange without any problems.

You can not only track the transaction on coinexchange in the deposit section - Confirmations 20/20 should be.
But also it is possible from a purse of 6 confirmations.
