We are developing a b2b platform that will make it easy for these kind of businesses to create there front end web sites as fast as 1, 2, 3.
I been working in B2B environment as a developer for over 10 years. We know these businesses have there own rules and approaches on things.

Small example: If someone wants to login on a B2B website, they will not get access until they are manually approved by some manager. Not everybody is allowed to see the content let stand buy things on a B2B website. It is whole other concept then B2C (Business To Client) where you go to a shop and buy something, anybody can buy.

We will support B2C as well, but the main business target is B2B. MLM will be a big partner at the beginning. Yes, I hear you say, but MLM is not reliable and so on ... But the coin is only a means of payment, like bitcoin, and should be able to be used in any business.
