Avalon is offering sample chips now with every 10k order, which are sent first.
Did anyone already received some of them and could contribute informations?

At Bitcoin 2013, Yifu said they will ship the sample chips (30 pieces per order of 10k) by the end of May.

I really want some companies to deliver on a promise now and then. I understand this isn't the most simple thing in the world, and that people are often working with minimal capitol. Wouldn't you learn to give better buffer times for your projects? or not announce until you have the product? Hard to understand how these things happen so often.

Yifu said there would be some news by this weekend. Not sure what the news is though. I'm guessing might be related to sample chips seeing as they're meant to be shipped end of May.
Is it true? Dates have never met. |

Looking at batch 2 being delivered in May and throughout the rest of June. Maybe batch 3 will be delivered throughout July and the first orders of 10k chips will start shipping in August/Sept? That is way off the original projected date on Avalon's website at 9-10 weeks. What do you guys think?

Wow that's horrid. No apology, sorry we screwed up again and will be late again, we understand why people might be upset. No, go outside and hug your mother, shut up you're just wasting your time. This says that he does not care about his customers. Does everyone get a blatantly superior attitude when they're constantly caught being wrong?
He should be reassuring people now, not saying that we are all fools for talking about yet another problem.
