The player didn't cheat, you just had a poorly designed game which leaked all your money away. You apparently cannot be trusted with any players money. If you wanted to make large changes to the profitability of a game and the algorithms behind it, you should have announced it in advance. You found this person was taking money out of your site and laid a trap to take all the funds from their account.

I strongly believe that this needs to be refunded to GeVP.

This shows that you made a mistake and are willing to be honest.

I know it's a lot of money, but it is the right thing.

I've spoke with GeVP and I don't think there is a way to make him happy with the limited information on the subject, but if the BTC frozen is .4... then should allow withdraw.

He told me that he had 2 BTC frozen there... doesn't really sound like he has an exact number.

Dooglus isn't going to lift his negative feedback due to allowing a withdraw.  (this shouldn't sway doing the right thing anyways)
