since this noon my esbc withdraw transaction stuck at transaction confirmed 0/125. i tried it 2 times, but all the same.

AND SOME PEOPLE in your discord are complaining of non-cash receipts. Please read your discord and respond. several deposits are not being credited. and several withdrawals are not being confirmed, this weakens investor confidence.
if they are with problem of lack of personnel place announcements for people that can help with the support to the client. But stop us waiting for more than 24 hours for a response of yours or talking to flies in the discord.

yesterday i wrote an ESBC issue. Until NOW nothing is happened. No support reaction or anything else.

the ESBC withdraw still stuck at 0/125 confirmations.

what is going on with crex24? might be it is the wrong exchange.

Yesterday we and our customers(ArbiTool - Professional cryptocurrency arbitrage scanner) deposited a lot of coins for example XRP(Ripple) on Crex24 and till today none of our customers and us have this coins on account. There is no good contact with crex24 support.

For now we gave YELLOW ALERT to our customers to be careful and better to not deposit funds on your exchange because something bad is going on there.

We are currently investigating whether there is more information in the network about problems with deposits and withdrawals on this exchange.
