I would like to hire one or two coders to develop a complex site with different Bitcoin services.
The first milestone is in this project to start an exchange service…
Minimum skills required:  advanced knowledge of PHP and the Bitcoin system.
This is a long term project with continues maintain and development of the services.
Rates depend on the experience of the developer.
If you are interested please pm me your CV, skills, references and your rates.
Make sure you back up your wallet regularly! Unlike a bank account, nobody can help you if you lose access to your BTC.

Hey,

I'm kinda interested in this although I haven't really made anything big and commercial before.
I could use some more information about the project.

This is what happened to MTGox.

Help Bitcoins by buying clothes, technology, books, etc. through people/stores that accept BTC. This will increase overall value of BTC as well as mitigate unnecessary bank transaction fees.

Came to say the exact same thing. Hardened PHP developer here saying most PHP developers have no place in coding an online currency exchange/marketplace. :]
