Darktongue scammed me out of 0.95BTC.  He sold me some items and then items did not arrive.  He then promised a refund, which also did not arrive.  Has been ignoring my PMs for 2 months, and has been logging into Bitcointalk.org every few days. After giving a lot of leeway to correct this problem he has done nothing! Click the reference link to learn more.
