I can not find any masternode tutorial. Can I operate a masternode with the normal wallet or with a specific masternode wallet?
If anybody in here already has its own mn running, please contact me.
Afaik masternodes are not yet live. There will be a going live this night, but the rewards for masternode operators will start in one week first because of fairness. |

ALTCOM is now SONO? Will you swap the tokens or do I only have to download the SONO wallet and launch it with my already created wallet.dat file?
That worked for me, so you should be good. I started the Sono executable once and replaced the wallet.dat with the one from altcom. Just remember to always make a backup first! |

For staking , Should I continue runing altcommunity or better change to SONO wallet.
After transition we will recieve stake as usual, right ?

Downloaded new wallet, copied wallet.dat, it synced, balance is OK, but staking does not work. The wallet is unlocked for staking only, but it reports "Not staking". 2 active connections, block explorer shows reasonable network statistics. It also says "PoW + PoS Stage 1" - when will the transition to Stage 2 happen?

There is no total supply set yet, this coin is based on slow emission, but it may eventually get to a cap in future. |

To this point we have found the following bugs:
1. Masternode Payments are now active and gives you a reward for being active.
So make a masternode if you can, you are free to do so.
2. The display of transactions that are received is currently bugged.
The wrong amount is shown, but if you inspect the transaction, you can see the right amount. There NOT any bugs in the reward system, so coins are released in a normal fashion.
Please update to our new wallet.
