This is surely a good news to add on the team. I actually saw this on Twitter where I am also following the activities of the team. I wish the project a successful one for everyone who has participated and even at this time of inconsistencies in the direction of crypto, this project can provide some amount of stability.

Implementation is also meant for the US from the get go, but on business to business (B2B) and on business to customer (B2C) level. That means that Notary Platform will be also a solition to the existing businesses. For example for banks, insurances, small businesses or some business who are offering their services. We will enable them to expand their business model on the road, so you as a customer could get a valid loan from anywhere via app, you will sign a warranty for the services that are being done to your house and so on...and everything will be a hard proof in front of the court.

Customer to customer (C2C) is a different and more challeging story, because of all of the individual laws in each country (thats why our focus on C2C is on EU first)....but we also have a plan for that

Principal Consultant at Lex Lucas Consulting, a lean consulting firm, providing advice and support in matters of corporate law, tax law, regulation of emerging technologies, and global e-commerce.

Before starting a consulting practice, Luka was employed with an international law firm, where he advised corporate clients on corporate legal issues and cross-border M&A transactions, and where he successfully launched the Start-up Initiative for Slovenian branch of the company, providing advice to start-up companies. He was also actively engaged in drafting and preparation of the bill on alternative financial instruments and services, regulating various aspects of crowdfunding, crowd investing, peer to peer landing, and cryptocurrencies, which is currently under consideration by a legislature.

Luka is an active member of Blokchain Task Force at AmCham and involved in various projects in the field of blockchain and emerging technologies. As the Principal Consultant of Lex Lucas Consulting, he coordinates and manages most of the legal aspects of the Notary Platform project, and provides the core team with strategic advice on business decisions from his professional perspective.
