Plutus will be the next x100 coin. Market cap today - 8 000 000$. They do decentralized exchange for Tap and Pay. You could easily pay in shops with Bitcoin and Ethereum on your smart phone.

Waves is not going x100, much less x1000. Even x100 would put it almost 50% above Ethereum...

For 100x and more you should pick some coins from low marketcap. Example? Take a look ETP, PTOY. For 1000x more lower marketcap: ELIX, REGAL... Dont forget their high risk.

Need to pick coins with a product that can be used by a lot of people, and then split among different coins.

eBCSH

eBTC took off pretty fast but it had problems with the coding so the supply was wrong. eBCSH looks really good though. I'm thinking of investing heavily in this project, it literally just started and has huge potential for growth? looks like it could be a great currency, thoughts?  Can pick it up around 1 cent currently, I can easily see this being $1 in a short amount of time.

This year has been very good to the Altcoin market and alot of these coins has grown in value significantly but I don't see any yet unless one that will beat Bitcoin to its strong hold on the network
