Bittrex is no longer good exchanges now. Threre are many accounts that has been closed without notice and without any answer from them. I think Poloniex is much better.

Keeping and holding it on ournwallet would increase the value of Ethereum Dark, since the supply is limited and only some of investors is selling it. And, as of now the value is slowly dropping since the swapping of coin is not yet completed.

We'll need to hope and support the developer for the success of this project. No one else know that ethd value could go us to the moon.

I sent my coins on the 15th and noticed they were in my account today 18th. I checked on ethplorer on my MEW, thats where I noticed it. I then clicked on add custom tokens on my MEW and entered the following.
Address: 0xdbfb423e9bbf16294388e07696a5120e4ceba0c5
Token Symbol: ETHD
Decimal: 18
My ETHD showed on my MEW afterwards.

Will the coins still be traded on the exchange?

Will the extra tokens be burned?

- You will lose all coin because the old ETHD will be done with as nodes will be stopped
- They will request it to be unlisted from the markets on the date that the swap is finished.
- I don't know, it's probably airdrop.  

yes. correct. that is why if you srill have tokens better swap them before it will be useless. you can check the op for more detailed instructions about how to swap your tokens.

It's not a token for now, it's pow/pos scrypt coin named Ethereum Dark.
And as we can see there are a great number of different coins that exists and very tradable without any developers. So, why ETHD could be differ from them?
I can't imagine the reason of delisting such tradable coin from any exchange.
So, I guess that it is not a simple question: to swap or not to swap.  
Maybe the price of not-swapped coins would be "to the moon", who knows....

Why manual swap?  Yocoin did auto swap without any problems and everyone seems happy.  Team work is lacking.  It's Devs responsibility to strictly warn people if swap is very necessary. I'm confused as well whether to swap or not.

Sell, swap or hold on to worthless coins if you don't take any action before the swap is over. It's that simple. Hold on to your coins and have them become worthless, sell them on the exchange at the current price or swap them for the new ETHD tokens. If you don't swap and you coins become worthless, which they will, don't complain that no one told you. Only 1 ETHD will be listed and that is the new one.
