Project CIRCLE, aims to release one-of-a-kind forecast gaming platform.

We have launched a non-blockchain digital token in late 2015, by the name of Circle Coin (symbol:XCC) which was spread offline within Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and the Philippines as our test marketing to research people’s awareness and interest in blockchain/crypto industry.

We have gained over 10,000 users up to date, and the value of XCC has risen 360% from where it initially was. XCC is only traded among current token holders, and is not traded in public or in any major exchanges as of now. The concept of Circle Coin was designed to provide various entertainment contents, such as travelling, shopping, lottery, advertising, etc which would accelerate people’s interest in the new crypto industry.

As we have studied our member’s needs and demands, we came to a conclusion to renovate Circle Coin to a whole new token which would be based on Ethereum blockchain, to ensure further transparency, security and possibility to the users, and not only that but to provide truly fun and exciting experience being related to this field.

Our studies concluded that there are 3 types of people in this industry. People who are in for the price increase (investment opportunity), people who are in love with the revolution of technology, and those who would simply want to use them for the benefits (low-cost & fast transactions, etc.). Although this industry is moving forward very fast and is slightly beginning to affect our way of living, the majority of people are still left out and have no idea what is going on.

We believe it is important to provide an experience using blockchain or crypto technology that is simply fun.
Our platform will provide various forecasting games, which users would be able to wager on. However, unlike ordinary table games or betting on sports or races, we will be delivering amateur, yet fun, games that does not involve people’s mediation. Say guessing how many apples will fall into a basket from a tree, or guessing which out of two hamster will first reach to the goal.
Users would be able to suggest their own gaming ideas and be rewarded too, and 80% of the platform’s profit are shared among token holders.

We will change the concept of blockchain/crypto experiences with entertainment.

As you may say, our website may not be best looking or most attractive, but we can only say that this ICO website is not what we are focusing on (although we do understand the importance of neat websites and designs).

We will be launching our ICO from Sep 20, and will be making more updates in our website til then.

We do not list a particular individuals of our dev tem, but our company is truly registered in NV, USA as you may search, and we have already been marketing nearly 2 years. We are certainly confident in gaining over 11k users already though.

This fact is a great confident for us.

Apparently we do understand the curiosity in our team, but we are not listing particular individuals.
We have been registered under state of Nevada since 2015, and have welcomed over 11k users up to date, having no major troubles in our system nor funding activities.

We have marketed in Japan, Taiwan, Korea, and in the Philippines, which of course we were asked the same questions over and over but in the end, we believe it is important to keep providing great services than anything, and for those who did come along with us have experienced real contents that we provide.

We are now stepping up to the next stage. We do realize the difficulties and are aware of many facts that we can improve, but we can only be what we are. We will keep moving forward along with our existing users, and hopefully welcome many new users via our ICO campaign too, to develop and provide one-of-a-kind community and platform to influence more people in the excitement of crypto/blockchain industry.

As mentioned in our whitepaper, website and our forum, we have spent nearly 2 years of test marketing of our Token in the Asian region.
About half of the tokens are already distributed to our existing users, and 90% of the other nearly half that we possess are distributed in this ICO.

Our Circle Coin Token (XCC) is a non-blockchain token for now, which was spread offline and only traded and used among the platform and services that we provide.
Now we are putting up this ICO to develop Ethereum blockchain for our Token, which will almost be a renewal of our token.
The new token will be co-related to another platform that we aim to develop, "the CIRCLE" which will provide various forecasting games. The new tokens will represent an ownership of 80% of the profit made from this platform.

In order to participate in our Initial Contribution Offering, you must prepare third party wallets that supports either BTC or ETH.

*Since there are reports on transactions via addresses provided by exchanges (e.g. poloniex, bittrex, etc) are unstable and in worst case be vanished, we ask you to send your contributions via third party wallets for your safety.

Our XCC tokens will first be provided to you in your Circle Coin Wallet account for your review. After we finish our Blockchain and platform development, we will send you the proper tokens in your Ethereum wallet.
