OK, so it is TenX token. The transaction is not there on blockchain. You should report this to Nova. I can see you already contacted them.

Your experience was not so bad. NOVAexchange didn't process the withdraw limitation verification I submitted and hold my money, and don't let my money leave.

Many people have the same issue with NOVAexchange, NOVA exchange is keeping silence and they just want your money.

They ignore customer's request and place customer's money at their exchange at high risk. If it is hacked, will they pay your lost? NO!!! But they hold your coins and don't let you withdraw.

Really?! Sucks
