The thing is, they will choose a  big bounty and those who will pay automatically, for me, I see no problem with that because if there is less

Yes..  Many token fall after ico so that investor dont get profit. They get loss.  It is why i dont believe in ico again.  When bitcoin fall many ico fall too. They can not develop their project so that their token price is go down.
