Many ICO projects are ethical, so they made ETH sharply lower as many sellers pulled out cash, in my opinion, because of the high ETH selling, they have made their value continuously decrease. That is my opinion.

ico prices arent really accurate because most of the times the value of the token can decrease and sometimes increase after the ico ends or after the coin has been listed to an online exchange .

they say bounty hunters are the reason for the fall of the price but thats not true at all . me myself is also a bounty hunter but i am not selling my coins after i reciived it .  i only sell my coins after a year or two because i notice that the longer the coin exist , the higher its value can grow .

indeed that is always the case but be patient to keep our tokens and I am sure prices will go up and for that we must be able to take advantage of the opportunities we will get in investing with these tokens because that is my personal experience

of course the city must be sure that the increase will occur. we must believe that the increase will occur in IOO, even though IOO is experiencing a decline, then we must continue to wait and live it. because something we never knew.

We can't list all here because most of them have dropped below ICO price. And also most of them are currently trading against ETH and ETH too isn't doing well. So its indirectly affecting the price. UBC is a clear example.

yes you are right, there are lots of tokens whose prices fall and the price after entering the exchange is not the same as the price condition when the ICO and it makes a lot of people afraid to enter the ICO again because there are so many platforms that fail when the ICO is launched, the price can recover when the condition of bitcoin prices again becomes expensive again.

It is a great project and brings a lot of profit to investors, besides it, there are more than 90 tokens that have fallen sharply after being listed on the exchange. That is a sign that the market is now very bad and investing in ICO projects is risky.

they get right then making the supply too large while demand is still small, but if the coin can survive they can recover

yeah, lots of tokens that have prices that go down after the ICO because many people immediately sell their tokens, but not all tokens fall, there are some tokens that can survive and have a growing price, so the token price depends on the development of the project

but what I know is that the bounty allocation is not much and in my opinion it is not the fault of the bounty participants because usually the price of the token has fallen before the bounty participant is distributed.

It is rather common situation as bounty hunters sell their coins to get immediate profit, they`re not interested in the project development itself. 
The other reason may be that as the hype goes down people lose interest in the project and want to get rid of the tokens right now.

Many coin after into the market the price ia below the ico and until now can not up, like copytrack,  bob repair,  bittwatt, etc. it's been months but the price hasn't recovered yet. I think it is good to buy token in the market.
