Yes, you claim it in the first day, that will calculate how many days you got till the end of the airdrop. When airdrop finishes they will review it, sometimes might happen sooner and the signature bountie will be added to your total and payed with the rest of your share of postoken.

If you already claimed it, relax, make sure you have  it on your signature slot in your profile page and use it till the end of the airdrop.

Yes server error message is common, happened several times in other airdrops and it comes right back in a few minutes or hours. There are 1600 users in telegram so we can imagine server is overloaded with so many people trying to access the platform. It wil be back shortly.
