Exactly the current price is just $.003 that's around 70% below ICO price.

I'm guessing the ICO didn't sell out, which usually means there's more supply than demand.
Everyone who wanted to buy at ICO-price or higher already bought it at the ICO, and everyone who wanted to buy lower simply waits and puts an offer on the exchange after the listing.

Why people accept the offers? maybe they don't believe in the project anymore, maybe they misread the price by a decimal. maybe they saw the price was low and panicked, Maybe they're expecting another dip and want to buy back at a better rate, ...
plenty of possibilities.

People who wanted to support the project and invested for the HODL shouldn't be selling though.

I just learned about SNOV today btw (due to it's listing on coinmarketcap)

I think I'll buy some and gamble it's going to be at least a few cents in a couple of months.

ICO price was 0.01$ so right now ist still 50% under ICO price. Don't know how much cash was raised though.

The current price is just $.003, it's normal after an ico finished the price dumped. even after distributed the bounty will dumped more that price.

Yes, that spreadsheet is final. I guess they said they will pay out the rewards to the participants once ETH network congestion is cleared.
