is you want create coin unique and difference
you must create new altcoin, not use another service, you must knowledge and perfect skill about programing

if only clone scrypt or SHA use bitcoin, litecoin or another coin, and use token system sample use etherum token, waves token, nxt token and new service neo token is not unique, because much dev is use system, not new , not unique

and I guess that if you wanted to, you could run your ico on Waves or Bitshares as we.

The list is growing by the day.

The trend has changed my friend now even the projects that have planned their own blockchains also launch their icos as erc tokens then they work on developing their blockchains according to the roadmap, so tokens have become a vital component of every ico nowadays.

I know some ICOs which is based on other platforms, for example Scienceroot is based on Waves platform, Uncloak is based on EOS. You can use ICObench and put the filter with a platform you needed.

Oh, there are frequent ICOs in Stellar, NEO and even Cardano. A google search should do this job for you, but do not expect anything that unique at all.
