Kraken scandalous scam

I have a Tier 3 verified account on this site.
On 8th August I deposited around 60 XMR coins.

After a long period of not crediting my coins, around 5-10hrs later I had to notice that my coins deposit is "On Hold".
I opened a ticket on 9th August which was auto-answered yesterday (after 13 days) that my ticket was escalated and I will get an answer soon...
Not only that I wait 2 weeks for a simple Monero deposit, no I also lost yesterdays pump.

What should I think about that company now?
I didn't receive an answer for 2 weeks, plus I can't find any other conacts like a hotline.
Is this site operated by children, or they just scammed my coins and make profit off it?

It is sad that you experienced something unfortunate with an established exchange like Kraken. Well, it can happen to anybody even with a site with a good reputation. This can be an isolated case that of all people fall on you. The best thing to do is maybe continue doing business with the site and if they are not at par with your standard then maybe there are other exchanges waiting for your attention and time. I am hoping that Kraken would act fast to solve your problem.

Kraken has established themselves and I don't think that they will ruin in with just a few coins. I think they may have suspected something is wrong with your account, either you used VPN or the maybe your IP has changed or something. Only thing you can do is really to wait from them. I'm sorry for your loss profit. You are not the first person to really lost in this kind of incident. I suggest you move to Polo or Bittrex. I hope your issue can be resolved the soonest.

I don't know what's going on with a lot of exchanges now, it seems to me that they need to upgrade their customer service or hire competent people to help tickets raised solve in a timely manner.

I created my account long time ago but just used it recently for XMR trading, never deposited funds like Euro or Dollar.
I see many people have problems with this company and 99% of the holds was due bank deposits,
but I don't see any reason to hold my coins and not giving proper support.

Thanks for taking the time and effort to report your experience here. This is an exchange where time-critical trades are executed. A response after 13 days, an auto-generated one in fact, is unacceptable. I also have a Kraken account verified to tier 3 and it has been active for over a year. Reading your experience and those of others making complaints on their ANN thread erodes my faith in this exchange.

You're right to ask what one should think about this company. The fact that you had the patience to wait for 13 days is commendable. If this happened to me, I would be furious and less forgiving after a day or two of waiting. This kind of service is laughable and bad form. It would release the Kraken in me!

60 XMR coins may not be much but don't allow them to simply archive your 9th August ticket. Be pushy and relentless in getting it resolved.

I'm hoping that this is due to a large influx of customers vs. limited resources. People have been making similar complaints about Poloniex for months. Coinbase, too, is taking a week or more to answer simple support requests.

Keep us updated. As established as Kraken is, I would like to think your money is safe (certainly sucks to miss selling into a pump, though). You might want to make a thread on Reddit in r/bitcoinmarkets... I'm pretty sure I've seen a Kraken rep answer threads there.

I already made 2 threads there, both was removed within minutes, guess their staff is included.
This makes me believe even more that this company is a ridiculous bunch of scammers...

I had very positive experience with Kraken recently.
Few days ago I deposited 1000 + 1150 euros on the same day. But as I have a tier 2 level account there, the last deposit was put on hold. I noticed it after 1 day and asked why is my money on hold. About 42 minutes later I got response, that my deposit will be released and 8 minutes later it was actually released. So my little problem was resolved in less than an hour.

On the other hand, IMHO they should have an automatic process to release excessive deposits after time has passed.

Thank you all, well my coins was released last night only to withdraw though, I wasn't allowed to trade them.
I didn't get a reason for this issue, at least I got my deposit back and I will never use their service anymore...
