I have a Tier 3 verified account on this site.
On 8th August I deposited around 60 XMR coins.
After a long period of not crediting my coins, around 5-10hrs later I had to notice that my coins deposit is "On Hold".
I opened a ticket on 9th August which was auto-answered yesterday (after 13 days) that my ticket was escalated and I will get an answer soon...
Not only that I wait 2 weeks for a simple Monero deposit, no I also lost yesterdays pump.
What should I think about that company now?
I didn't receive an answer for 2 weeks, plus I can't find any other conacts like a hotline.
Is this site operated by children, or they just scammed my coins and make profit off it?
Kraken has established themselves and I don't think that they will ruin in with just a few coins. I think they may have suspected something is wrong with your account, either you used VPN or the maybe your IP has changed or something. Only thing you can do is really to wait from them. I'm sorry for your loss profit. You are not the first person to really lost in this kind of incident. I suggest you move to Polo or Bittrex. I hope your issue can be resolved the soonest.
I don't know what's going on with a lot of exchanges now, it seems to me that they need to upgrade their customer service or hire competent people to help tickets raised solve in a timely manner.
