I think when working out stakes they should share leftover bounty coins to those who participated in the pre-sale. Why give extras to those who tweet on junk made for bounty twitter accounts or those who post i love icon when they dont even know when presale was and when it ended. They're just doing it for the bounty and then will dump at any price.
Some believe in the project and joined the bounty to maximize their investment count. So they worked hard on the bounty and invested in the presale. They should get the leftover bounties.

ICON is one of the professional project, but also one of the most fairest one. If you look at how they capped each individual max @ 30 Ether, they want diversity n able to contribute to a fair amount of individuals, regardless whther they small fish in pond, dolphine, or whale. Except for those in US, Singapore, China? due to KYC compliance, which also signifies that this is a serious long term legally bind project. When looking @ bounty distribution, its clearly stated that bounties will be bounties, the left over are Earned! Will be given to those who worked hard and earn ICON tokens. I dont know what to say but sometimes as human nothing is enough, we were fortunate enough to participate in ICON token sale, if project succeeds of course, but thats a different story, now we also want the share among bounties? come on people!

Agree with you that the ICON is one of the fairest ones around. They could have sold everything to whales, but indeed they let the small investors in. This quality is very hard to come by now. ICON is certainly not greedy- They are raising decent amount of money and so unlike alot of ICOs, they tried to raise crazy amount of unnecessary funding.

Just have a quick check on your transaction history through etherscan.io for the OUT address where you would've contributed to.

Ok on the home page of https://icon.foundation/en/ when you scroll down to Token Sale it breaks it down pretty much how you described.

I cant remember where I read it or saw it in an interview, but the total supply of ICX is just over 800,000,000 tokens.

I don't yet know what the circulating supply will be.

50% is for the ICO. Half of that is for us (75k ETH) and the other half is for the strategic contributors. So as I understand it our portion in the ICO is effectively one quarter of the total amount of tokens.

The remaining 50% is broken down as:

16% Reserve
10% Team, Advisors & Early contributors
10% Community Group and Strategy Partners
14% Foundation

Okay as for your 2nd question, if anyone fails their KYC their tokens are burned at the time of distribution. No further comment regarding the replacement of these burned tokens has been given yet. It would be interesting to see how many are burned and if they are not replaced, what that will do to the circulating supply.

10/day is exaggerating, ICON enabled entiscambot app to minimize scam. Plus, when you login, the warning message appeared regarding about the scam.
As the present moment, ICON slack is closing soon and the team suggest everyone to move to telegram. Direct Quote from icon_minh on slack. btw, I like snorlx proposal to migrate away from slacks as there are too many scam. Telegram would probably be best as there are already active community there, as during the lottery draw made between slack and telegram.

all distributions tokens will be locked up and not transferable until after contributors verifies KYC, start Oct. 2nd - Oct. 16
possibly refund ICX tokens goes into the 16% reserves as this is a long term project and maybe ICO these tokens when they need to raise future fund? just pure speculation.
