Without an iota of doubt, my first choice would be Bitcoin for obvious reasons. Even if the price takes a plunge to 2000 levels, I would still hold it. The second coin would be Waves, so many new things coming for this hidden gem in plain sight.

I know Bitcoin is the sure bet, but on the list one coin people are underating is Decred, maybe because the team does not make noise like most project but most of the development going on in the space is unappreaciated

of course i will choose bitcoin.
for futre long term investment bitcoin is best choice, but for middle (2-3 year) i think i choose ethereum, with a huge comunity support, new investor with ICO system is the best platform right now.

But do not forget the competitors of the ethereum that have almost identical systems and smiliar platforms. for example waves. they are now attracting a lot of crypto user attention. of course the opportunity to shift the ethereum as a platform for token ico will exist for waves. so I think investing a long time on ethereum will be a bit risky dude? I will only invest short term in altcoin and long term on bitcoin..

I have to say the coins are quite limited for me to choose. I am expecting omg, tenx, nem, neo, iota, ripple, qtum, strat etc.

Personally, my favourite would be 0x where i think it will have huge growth potential. And some more 0x is a protocol for others to build on top upon it. Where kyber are standalone decentralise exchanges. 0x has yet to recover from its dip so it is quite worth to pick it up now.

That nice to hear mate, and if we talk about favorites now I guess for the main time I got nothing to consider favorite due to most of the coins were dropping nowadays. You can't have specific predictions and everyday feared to drop rapidly and the rise might not that good enough for your selling decisions. That's why I came up to a decisions that as long as there's a pump in any coins I will grab that opportunity and invest for it.

My fav one so far is ARtoken... I like how they work so far (the company who is behind the project, called Cappasity, they've already done a lot, so you can really see the work progress)... I also think their goals and concept look realistic

I'm a huge fan of COSS...  The exchange has some kinks, but the market cap is super low and it will pay out dividends.  If they can get more volume on the exchange, this will go up up up

I just voted on your poll but I think it would be nice if it has many choices even just three or four because other investors here don't just rely on one kind of investment. For sure I will invest in bitcoin since it is the best coin on investment but my other choices also are Litecoin and Ethereum since they also have potential to grow in the market of cryptocurrency.
