What is the problem with this token (HERO)? Yesterday I bought hero token via myetherwallet and I did not receive my tokens, it's for that reason I sent a ticket to HERO support, they gave me a solution, I used it and it worked well, my HERO tokens came to myetherwallet wallet with "PLAY" as a symbol.
Today I connect and the same problem is came again, I see the symbol "PLAY" but I do not see my balance; the display shows "0 PLAY".
Who can help me in this forum or if I have to send a new ticket for support I would do it afterwards but I would like to expose the problem here first to get a quick fix for it, if somebody has had this problem before because the support take several hours to respond to the ticket.

did you check your eth have gone to smartcontract address , what's you txid ,check it again .

Are you sure you logged onto the same wallet? Tokens don't just vanish, and if you saw them yesterday, there is no way for Hero to take them off you lol. Can you post your wallet address you saw them in?

Dear all,

I'm experiencing the same issue.
It won't show the PLAY token automatically compared to my other 'ico' coins. (Kickico, Change, ATS & ICX/icon)
When I click on 'show tokens', all coins supported by MEW are being showed and also 'PLAY', but it says 0.
When I tried to add PLAY/herocoin again, it says: "Unable to add a duplicate custom token."

Why are there only 61 holders? https://etherscan.io/token/0xe477292f1b3268687a29376116b0ed27a9c76170#balances while there are more than 2000+ transactions

I have the same issues as KelvinatorNL and HUJIK

I added the costum token and was it displayed my PLAY tokens.
The next time i checked, it shows me 0 PLAY

i sent them message and they gave me that response: "
Hi! We heard that this problem occurs a lot since about 2 days. It is some kind of problem with myetherwallet. Don't worry, your tokens are in your wallet for sure. You can add a new token with symbol "PLAY1" for example, and then you will se them again. The symbol is just the display name of the token within your wallet. We do not know until now why this is happening suddenly, but we will investigate. Sorry for the inconvinience! " AND I TRY IT, it worked well.
i think that ther are something which wrong somewhere because why some people can see very well them balance and other people can not see for them? they must always change the symbol before the display show them the balance.

I'am, angry of that too.. Hero devs, your bounty campain manager is a complitely an idiot. Cause he makes such decisions. If this problem will not be fixed for me and all the participants I will do the anti-advertising as much as I can. Do you want to see your ANN thread, twitter, facebook and all other channels full off "SCAM"?

Also, just an FYI.  But if you are making changes to the signature campaign which could result in a total loss of earnings like the change now.. Can you post in here to announce it also? The bounty thread is a sea of people spamming twitter links etc and easily missed.  Especially something so critical as that.. Anyone who doesn't see it today, will lose 50% of their tokens tomorrow?!
