The present situation with lack of conventional sports and the betting that goes with it should elevate the prospects for esports.   Good time to take part in the promotion I think since we got so many looking for more to do online, nice timing thanks.

It seems like at least next year till we get a vaccine of any effective 'cure' or safe use is likely.   Before then if they can increase and improve testing, that should free up the economy slightly.    There is also the natural progression that a high percentage of people do develop their own immune response and become naturally resistant and most importantly no longer a danger of spreading to others.    
   Its easy to see how negative this could be but as time progresses it will improve and return to a normal even before that vaccine appears.    The main reason for restriction is to stop the worst case scenario which overwhelms treatment, most people are understanding that I think and its a smart move.
  Hopefully we'll see some business able to adapt as they had the standing advantage of being a virtualized product like this one and not reliant on centralised points, I've always thought this should be where crypto proves itself of unique and important usage.

Are we not able to make normal bets such as choosing who will win, first 10 kills, handicap, etc on your site just like the other betting sites? Or there is an option for this?

I just tried your site and we need to bet on getting points just like fantasy point in Dota 2 Battle Pass Event. Also, I see there is a slight error in the player's role such as double hard carry.

Can I suggest a more successful route for taking bets would ideally be to streamline and make the process as simple as possible.    So really it should gain alot more participation if its possible to bet on a team and win if the team wins and keep that direct link always.  The esports fans can take part in the success of the team they support or just believe will win out of the two possibles.
   I've taken a bet on a game in June and got the exact score correct, I choose the winning team but due to all the extra factors to decide winners in the Herosphere betting process my correct selection of the team and score was turned into a losing bet.    So my point is this breaks the link between the bettor, the bet placed and my teams success so I was right 90% of the detail but I lost so its contradictory and discouraging, its introducing complications, hitches, small print which for the masses is a negative and ultimately this discourages participation.   I would argue against this vs simplicity.

I realise Herosphere did this for a reason and it allows quite a focused amount of winners and a greater winnings ratio for those top scoring bets.   However I do think any future use of the HERO tokens would do far better to simplify.   If nothing else it puts the pressure back on HERO unit as a means to express confidence in the outcome, for an economic system that demand would be helpful imo and would reflect in the figures of revenue etc.  Its really worth a try doing it this way hence why I bother to write this post.  
    Its not really my criticism of this operation alone, I'd argue this generally and for crypto overall I will always argue in favour of usability and the lowest effort required to participate.   Obviously we live in a busy world and its going to raise numbers betting if all can do so as easily as possible.    Its really a simple point, I hope somebody gives this possibility a run and I base it on experience in online digital betting, skins, tokens, crypto over the last six years or so.   No system is without drawbacks but participation is a key factor so I do think this simplicity would help alot.   Best of luck to all anyhow

The beta of herosphere is over. After the 03.08.2020 we will disable all betting services. Withdraw of USD funds and downloading the private key of your PLAY wallet is possible until 11.09.2020.

I saw this notice on the main website that seems to have today as a deadline so I'll bump this thread in case its useful to anyone as a reminder or information that this is happening.     I've not been able to retreive my funds as I made a shop order on 20th August that resulted in no delivery of the gift cards though they were removed from further sale, I've not been able to get any response since then.

I have setup a MEW or myetherwallet mnemonic wallet but not progressed to importing from the private key, for the moment my phone is too old to run that particular wallet.   I've recorded the private key as revealed under the wallet details tab and I believe that should be enough to retain ownership even without the website being live or accessible.  If someone knowledgeable on this token could confirm thats correct that'd be good to hear.
  Thanks for anyone who can add anything useful to how this is progressing.  Will bump thread now.

We are already in talks with several interested parties in order to grow the HERO network and will keep you updated as they evolve.
Since the product is now fully developed, thanks to your great feedback and support, we are able to fully commit to expanding HERO to the world of betting and spreading HERO globally as promised in our white paper.

@Zitti No worries, your PLAY should be there, you just need to add the PLAY Token to your myetherwallet.
1.) On myetherwallet Go to „Access my wallet“ and unlock your wallet (you should have done this before, so I’m not going into great detail here)
2.) Pay attention to the section which is on the right of the page and shows a list of tokens. You might see an empty list, though.
3.) Click „Add Custom Token“
4.) Enter the following details:
- Address: 0xE477292f1B3268687A29376116B0ED27A9c76170 (The address of the token contract)
- Token Symbol: PLAY
- Decimals: 18
5.) Click "save". Now the token balance should be visible.
