Hey guys, I'm new to mining and I was going get everyone's opinion on their favorite or best mining pool? I've seen quite a few different ones. Any advice would be appreciated! thanks!

Halo Platform is one of the fastest Blockchains I've seen yet. They have FREE transactions. 250 Millisecond Block speeds. Smart contracts, Masternodes, blockchain games, and their own high speed DEX with BTC/ETH/USDC pairs. Similar to ETH, Waves, EOS, and more yet with only $1 million mcap. This video showcases the speed and reliability of the blockchain using the DEX, Masternodes (that will soon payout in BTC and ETH), blockchain games, and more! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g74d3ixX7E8&feature=youtu.be

Sorry I can not give an opinion about your intentions, because I also do not understand about the mining .. Try to join the free mining course without spending big capital. The result is small, though small will be a hill.
Maybe the other members know what you mean.

Read up on PPS and PPLNS pools and make your decision from there.

You can look for pools here:

You should choose a pool with low fee and positive feedback.

Kano.is

I've tried most of the major pools, overall Kano works the best for me. The overall luck of the pool is better than the competition and the block sizes tend to be nice and chunky when compared to the competition. I think there is also something to be said about the fact that he is one of the original developers for some of the software that makes mining possible. As long as you understand the difference between variance, luck, and how that plays into your overall profitability, kano is a good choice.
