1 Billion KICK Tokens will be created. 660 Million tokens will be dedicated to crowdfunding (initial & future funding) while 340 Million tokens will be distributed among partners. Partner Tokens - include Bounty and Marketing, Advisers, Traditional Angel Investors (who invested in KickCity 2 years ago). 30% of the partner tokens will be vested.

160 million tokens will be distributed during the initial token sale. 500 Million tokens will be secured in KickCity foundation for future funding. If after 3-5 years, the company decides against future funding because it became profitable, then the secured 500 Million tokens will be destroyed.
