Bounties payments are set by the crypto owners. Most of the times you can participate by promoting the crypto at many platforms such as twitter, facebook, Reddit etc, and ofcourse bitcointalk.

I think the people who participate the NEM bounty made a lot of money if they hold their coins for long time.

It depends on the campaign, some pay in bitcoin, some pay in their own coin, lets day they pay in their own coin, they say we're going to make a bounty of 10 million coins, they then proceed to make a points system, at the end of the campaign your points are divided by the total points (of everyone) and multiplied by the number of coins to get what you take.

Another great way to make some cash is through referrals if you have a good network connection. In a referral you simply help the company get sales and you get a cut of the investment. 

It completely depends on the coin and the campaign. Some pay you in their currency (which can be great if it increases) bitcoin (high value, but they will give you a very small amount) or another currency such as Ethereum.

Bounty works like we help them to promote their ico project and when their ico/project success, we will get paid for it and it's depend on how much allocation that the dev/bounty manager give. Payment for bounty works depend on what job you will do for them and it matters that if the certain bounty category will not be saturated by bounty hunters then you might gonna earn huge with this. No so far, I conducted a small analysis, on five successful projects and their bounty companies.
I would divide it into three main components:
1. How the company pays for participation: either it is a fixed amount in fiat, or this is a percentage (usually 2-5%) of the amount of money collected.

Without the participation of bounty hunter then dev will not be able to reach the sales target. they work to provide information about a coin then investors will see it and invest. bounty hunter works to get rewards from dev and hold it until the price exceeds the market price.

The amount you get basically depends on the allocated distribution depending on what campaign you are joining, and sometimes I get them right after the ICO. They are found usually on the first page of the bounty thread and tell you when they possibly distribute the reward. For the hard cap or soft cap it is mostly found on the website, and you also read the white paper so you would know how much is their target.

Each company will decide before starting a campaign what is the campaign they are going to start and they will provide the rules for each campaign. According to the requirement, those who are qualified will apply for the campaign.

If you doesn't have any idea on how they work then its better to find those bounty minded nor campaign manager to discuss it for you but don't expect that it is free since knowledge about things here have some cost but you need that information so that you can gather more from it and to use when you want to run your own bounty camps.

as far as i know bounty/ico campaigns doesnt need your email address but some of them requires you to fill up a form or a google docs sheet to be able to apply and join. airdrops are the only on who requires your email address and other important details like recieving token address or eth address and other stuffs like bitcointalk username, social media aacount profiles (i.e  twitter handle and facebook profile url ) , telegram/slack username. bounties dont also send an email to you because as i mentioned earlier they dont required you for your email address upon joining but airdrops usually do this. the main reason why they keep a public log is because for you to see if you input a correct details during applying and also to see your overall stats.

It is completely different kind of promotional activity which will be spent by the owners in terms their own tokens. Each company will allocate some % to the bounty people those who want to promote their company crowdsale and presale. After successful completion of ICO they will start distributing to the bounty people.

One of the things that I consider when joining a bounty campaign is the bounty campaign manager. Those high ranking managers are more trustworthy for me than the newbies. I check the announcement thread of the project and bounty campaign and if they provide more information especially the developers of the project and their linkedin accounts are connected to it then it would be more trustworthy. There is no sure way to detect if the bounty campaign would pay or not. It would depend on the success of their Pre-ICO or ICO if they would pay its participants.

Bounties is you can earn token by participating campaign like Facebook Campaign and Twitter Campaign you just need to follow there rules like you need to post and retweet 5 times a week. To earn more token you need to participate different campaign there is a lot of campaigns. But it all depends if the ICO will success or not , if the ICO didn't success you will not receive any tokens and it will just a waste of your time and effort.

Not exact amount on how someone can earn through bounty. It depends on how much they contributed to the advertise that project. There is a corresponding rate for each type of bounty campaign you'll do, signature / social media campaign and others.

time certainty changes depending on ico and management results if no objections after ICO is over - + 2 weeks they will pay

You need to do the task that they want and you can earn by that.You only need atleast jr.member rank to be qualified in any kinds of bounties then if you already in their bounty campaign you only need to do a constructive post and manager will pay you for that.There's a lot of different bounty like in twitter,facebook,telegram or in bounty campaign you need only to do the instruction to earn.

Bounties here in the altcoins you need some patience of waiting to get paid. Like some signature campaigns you need to stay on their campaign until their ICO ends. But sometimes if you are unluck many of them launching a project for dirty purposes. They abandoned the project if they don't have investors and turned into a scam ICO. Better join some social media campaigns to get some bounty stakes you can figure it out when you are participating.

Most of the time it takes 30 days after the ICO but sometimes they don't really pay.

You do have point it would really depend on how people do treat it because we do know people are entirely different on each other which it would be the same on how we would treat things. Yes you can join some bounties even you are newbie. Read the whole thread of the bounty campaign that you want to join and see if you can be part of any of it. There are tasks that are not requiring rank like telegram campaign, article writing, name it. You'll see it if you are going to read the thread, just don't be lazy in reading.
