Soon we will implement the feature where each user level will get different amount. Jackpot will be added in few days. The bitcoin value is increasing. Increasing the faucet amount now is not a good idea. Anyway in future we will consider your feedback.

Signup is not required. Automatically a user is created.  You have to click the username (example - User105) and change the username and update with password.  Later you can click sign in and login. Yeah you can use faucet without login too.  Players should not face the difficulty to sign up for testing.  They can just claim the faucet and test. If they want to deposit, they can secure the account by updating it with password and enabling 2fa.

I just think a casino should start with a bigger bankroll... You can't predict if gamblers will be unlucky at the beginning of your site, you may have to pay a good amount of satoshis if a whale wins big on your Dice site. Some time ago I have seen a brand new casino that started with low funds and didn't have money to pay one player that have won big, caused some problems and compromised the casino's reputation and professionalism.
