I love these kind of reviews in our forums. SO.. I wanna write my own coins: Ethereum as its the best altcoin ever and it will always be. There will always be demand for it.
Omisego as coins targeting banks don't work but I trust omisego so much.

I also put etherium in first stage after bitcoin. I believe with sleep power of etherium.
Second is waves. Waves is exist platform and slowly growing up. In future is very good.

In my view, I don't think that SIA, XVG and ADEX are suitable for the long-term investment. Their prices have a big fluctuation, so, you should trade them in short-term.

I would stick with coins that hold at least 0.5-1% market cap. Then do your research on a coin that you think will be needed in the future. Think of liquidity, technology and popularity.

Spectrecoin (XSPEC) is my long term HODL - it's potential is so much more than it's current price suggests. Yes, I'm disappointed that it has risen as much as other alts over the past weeks, but there are big releases coming in v2.0 (default stealth addresses, ring signatures). You can find more out about developments and speak to the devs and the rest of the community over at Slack (and to a less extent on Telegram). Would advise many to use the opportunity to at least get a few xspec at this low price and back a coin that truly defines what privacy and access should be.

My portfolio for long-term storage consists of several coins, in order to reduce risks. I hope that Monero, Dash, LTC and NEO will give good growth in middle and long term.

As I have recently just joined the world of Cryptos around 1st August but I am doing only investment based on long term HODL currently my portfolio consist of NEO, OMG, XRP, SIA, XVG & ADEX

It depends cause the best is and will be bitcoin... If you invest in it after some downs which will have place surely in next weeks you could earn lot.

Bitcoin, (obviously). Ethereum, as it hasn't even scratched the surface of its potential in terms of being a world computer. Gridcoin is super under-valued right now, good time to get a bunch of em. And DeepOnion has been performing phenomenally as of late. Those are my holds.

I have tried to be continuously updated regarding the altcoins with the potential to experience a strong rise in coming months, although to be honest in my portfolio I also include options that offer interesting technological innovations, regardless of whether the big capitals consider them as valuable as long-term assets.

In this way, in my portfolio I include NEO, Iota, DeepOnion, BQX, ByeBall, BitcoinCash, ethereum, Pivx, Crypto20 and of course, the always reliable Bitcoin.
