you are very right, i also have bad experience with project by russians they don't seems to have experience in blockchain to me all their ico i have involved in none of them have succeeded, just to mention few finshi capital and srg.

I heard about many different good ICOs lately. Some of the are idex , appcoin and sirinlabs. I heard these are very good overally and it can be very profitable to invest in them but no matter what's the name of project one should analyze it deeply by itself before investing in it.

Agree about Narrative.  Killer concept I'll be in long term. 

Also agree about wanting to see more projects on neo.  we need more diversity in terms of platforms supporting icos.
