Why do i need a gun while my tongue is my weapon

No I have not gun. Although I know it is very useful for our family. Some time a man is very cruel that time his mind is upset so many time he take wrong decision that time gun is very harmful for me, my family and any person who have gun.

I own a .380, a lever action 30-30 and a bolt action .17hmr. The pistol is for defense and the rifles are for range shooting. That being said... I grew up around guns and was taught how to properly use and maintain them. I've see a lot of grown men buy their first gun and act completely reckless with it or hurt themselves or some one else because they didn't properly maintain it. I encourage gun ownership for people who can take it seriously... they are not toys or a fashion statement.

People have the right to carry weapons for self-defense. I'm from Russia and I had a gun for self-defense because I live in the North Caucasus. I was taken away after I nearly shot several people, being drunk.

I have no gun because gun is use when you are in very difficult situations,but for me gun is thing thats very dangerous like in you house,if you have gone and you child see your gun make play.

I don't have a gun. And even if I am given a chance to have it I still say no to it. Because having a gun us just like having great powers. As the saying goes " with great powers comes with great responsibility". I am not trained for it. Those trained ones like the policemen, soldiers and other peace officials are licensed to have it. They who have it must bear in mind that it must be for protection and not for destruction.

I come from a country where gun ownership is not allowed for ordinary citizens like us. However, I believe even if allowed, it should be discouraged because every time a rifle enters into action, life is destroyed in the process. How I wish we all loved each other. In practical terms it is almost impossible to legally possess weapons in places where it is allowed and in certain situations very important.

No, why do I need a gun, a simple man, because it's very dangerous for him, and if it's some kind of accident, that's why I'm against wearing weapons.

I dont have a gun! This is why i dont want to be popular or seek attention of others, i dont want my life to be open to anyone in public.
i dont want any position in the society i can give help any time i want. Gun will give us security only in times that we dont want.
Gun is the reason why the world is not at peace now. we dont need a gun, what we need is world peace.

This question mostly goes to americans (or  residents of any other country where it is legal).
Do you have any firearms? For what purpose do you have it and  have you ever used it?
Everyone else can discuss if people should have a right to have a gun or not.

Having a gun would make us feel safer against bad people around us but unfortunately, I don't have one. To have a weapon liscense here,it will take us to long to make things up becase of lots of paper requirements. It is hard to get a liscense gun here in our country because the government is controlling it because they believe that having it would be risky for those who has short temper.

Not yet but i am planning to buy for target shooting and for self defense, nowadays there a lot of criminals roaming around and you do not know
when they are coming so can protect your self your family and also your property.
