I had not even heard of ubitio.us.   I like it.   Probably makes for better quality of files if you know the person paid up front themselves.

Sounds like a good way to get a virus. I seen sites that pay you to install games and stupid junk that installs popups and changes your search engine. I did it in a virtual machine and half of those offers didn't pay. Maybe you had to actually use the program for so long or something.

I was considering building one of these websites (based on another website, Sellbox, but for Bitcoin). What specifically are you looking for in this kind of website?

Yeah, that may be the worst way to earn some btc. I wouldn't suggest you doing that, better go to ptc if you want that or just join a sig campaign here.

If you are into android, there's quite a number of pay per download programs available in google play with some which pays something like 0.5mbtc per download. But however, the payout limit is quite high so you might want to consider whether it is worth doing it.

Apparently there is a new site that is exactly what you're talking about called JoyStream... it's still in the beta testnet phase, so you can't earn any real bitcoin just yet, but it's a working progress.
