Took an early ML on Hawthorn Hawks (aussie rules) and covered the losses from the big Seattle Mariners fuck up, NBA and Spain matches last night. In a slightly better mood now.

Detroit Tigers ML - Fister will take care of business at home after last night's loss.
TEX @ STL Over 8 - Seems like the Rangers can't stop getting blown out, but if their bats get hot then 8 will be easy to hit

Quick question here - maybe it's a quirk of the American betting system that I'm not familiar with. On the Texas Rangers fixture, I see an over 7.5 option. What's the difference between this and over 7? What scenarios would lead you to win with an over 7 but not with an over 7.5? |

I wouldn't touch that. Both starting pitchers combined have a 8.16 ERA, but this is two of the lowest scoring teams in MLB (#24 and #25) |
