I've have not made my deposit(playing with faucet) and still checking the casino out. A few days ago i noticed that my balance goes down rather quickly especially when i'm on Plinko and Charbet and i thought it was me who was overbetting so i slowed down my farm and realized that a few of the winnings for Charbet wasn't credited and there was a problem with the autobet.

He's a screenshot of the game and also the message with support. It was on autobet/cashout at 3.30. Have waited over a day and still haven't gotten back to me.

Now lets move to Plinko, some of the games are not paying or is paying out wrongly, definitely not paying me more but lesser.
I had about 500+ before i drop multiple balls(5 in a row) and at the end of it this is the result, if you calculate... it doesn't tally at all.

Balance after dropping 7 times is 22. So 1-2 games didn't pay out in that session. (Imagine players who have deposit and drop hundreds/thousands of balls)

Even if you assume i have the minimum to play all that 7 games it would be 334 - 77 - 77 - 52 = 128 + 51 = 179 - 52 - 77 - 34 = 16 not 22 but that is not the case. So my warning to all players please don't play these 2 games until it is fixed and if you have deposited and lost on these 2 games i hope they can give a refund or something.

• (1) 128 sat * 1.40x
• (1) 56 sat * 0.40x

Thus the remaining value after these bets would be...

334 - 230.4 - 102.4 + 51.2 - 33.6 = 18.8Although this does not match the exact value it should be noted that the math on the payout follows this manner.

Bear in mind, I'm not saying you're wrong. I'm just adding some degree of skepticism here.

In the conversation log, all they have done is forward it up the ladder. I am unsure if they record the automatic cashout value or not so it is not my position to state whether they are able to verify that you sent a bona fide screenshot.Usually, support will just shoot the technical issues to those that have the assets to do so and thus any inclination of them agreeing with you should not be considered valid.

Chartbet history doesn't show the cashout number. I've already checked before so there's no way to prove that the number wasn't tainted after the loss.

If you can prove it then prove it. Jesus, why does everyone say that they can prove something then don't do it until asked? Bring up the proof first so that you don't waste any time. After all, your intention IS to legitimately warn other players, right?

It could be possible that there is a bug in the system. Stake.com is still new right now, and there is no guarantee that there won't be any even if it was launched by reputable ande xperienced casino owners.

As actmyname said though, screenshots are helpful but aren't conclusive proof.

If your accusation was correct then i would expect Stunna and Edward to refund everything that you have lost through the bugs fully, because you were playing with such low amounts anyways. So there is no concern about that.
