As you are all aware, this is day one of a brand new platform. The team have tested, retested and had external experts review each process. Please note: there may be minor delays in withdrawing and deposit funds in the beginning. This is due to the team stress testing the platform to find the most optimal way of dealing with high load, something that is difficult to simulate in a test environment.

However, all crypto is safe and your funds are secured.

NOTICE TO ALL ESCROW NODE HOLDERS

In order for your PFR to display within your Escrow Node Wallet, you must have a minimum of 0.005 ETH for Gas.
In the future we will automate this and it will no longer be needed.
If you are having display issues, please make sure you have 0.005 ETH within your ETH Escrow-Node Wallet.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATIONS

You must create a separate account for each dashboard you intend to use (client, trust-node and escrow-node).
You are able to use the same email address, however the user name must be different.

NOTICE TO ALL ESCROW-NODES

The power to determine an outcome should not be taken lightly.
As such, we have created the Escrow-Node: Best Practice guidelines: https://goo.gl/m4ySn9
These guidelines provide a short, but sweet, summary of the principles and process that you are expected to follow when resolving a dispute.
These guidelines will be integrated into the Escrow-Node dashboard shortly.

Cannot Login?

Each dashboard requires a different login.
You can use the same email on all accounts, but you must have a different username.
All DEMO accounts have been deleted and will need to be re-registered, and all email verifications have now been fixed.
Bugs remain in the 2FA system and password reset, we are working our way around to patching these and will be resolved soon.

At the moment the Payfair platform supports crypto coins ERC20 , in the future we will add other blockchains BTC, LTC, etc.

Where to store PFR for trust node, is it at payfair wallet platform? Or can use metamask wallet? What happens if I transfer tokens to the escrow wallet but that results in less than 10 000 PFR in MEW. Does that cancel the trust node?

Over the past 2 months, PayFair has exploded with growth, far more than we originally anticipated. It has been amazing to see the flood of new supporters and PayFair advocates. However, there has been a growing demand from the community to have PFR listed on larger, easier to use, exchange. As many of you will know, our primary exchange IDEX has been suffering from technical difficulties the last few days and has made PFR extremely hard to buy or sell.

As such, we have been in contact with several exchanges. We have decided on HitBTC as our first listing as the pairing is permanent and they do not have any trading volume requirements. HitBTC (https://hitbtc.com/) has a trading volume of over 270 million dollars daily volume and will provide PFR with an excellent opportunity to grow.

This is where we need your help! We are launching a crowdfunding campaign to help us raise the funds to list on this exchange as our remaining ICO income needs to be reserved for the platform marketing. We will be taking 300k PFR (soft cap) to 500k PFR (hard cap) out of the team allocation to support this campaign. Please note: the PFR you are buying is FROZEN, meaning token distribution will be on the date of unfreezing (1st December 2018).

Crowdfunding details:

Soft Cap = $30,000 (40 ETH)
Hard Cap = $50,000 (66.66 ETH)
PFR Rate = 1 PFR/$0.10

Exchange Crowdfunding - An overwhelming success

A massive thank you to the entire community; we managed to crowdfund the full $50,000 hard cap within 2 hours. This was entirely unexpected and has genuinely blown us all away here at PayFair.

We would like to re-confirm that every dollar you invested during this crowdfunding will be going towards having PFR listed on further exchanges. At this time we are looking at several potential options and have not signed off on any specific exchange just yet.

It is essential that we pick an exchange that we feel PayFair has room to grow initially. Several factors will be taken into account, such as Reputation, Listing Fees, Customer Fees, and Trade Volume.

We will be looking to update you all within the next 24-48 hours with further information on our findings.

PayFair Platform Features and Bugs Update

The following upgrades have been implemented:

Script implemented to automatically restore a users balance in case of unsuccessful withdrawal of funds
Password reset and 2FA integration for trust and escrow node dashboards
2FA User reset implementation
Frontend development continues to grow, including guides, notices and a ticket support system
Further Countries and FIAT Currencies added (more to be added)
Price adjustment by CMC has been upgraded

The following bugs have now been corrected:

Full withdrawal capability of funds has been restored
Full ERC20 trading restored
Patched the sending attachment feature within trade screens
Trustnodes now display correctly as decimals where appropriate
Fixed multiple bugs in the escrow system (hiding other escrow nodes, patched the display solution when rejecting, etc.)

Please note, countless minor corrections, upgrades, and bugs have been patched or integrated. However, to list all, would take quite some time!

PFR Exchange Update

It has become quite clear that the community, both on Reddit and Telegram,  find HitBTC an unfavorable choice in regards to exchanges. The initial intention was to negotiate lower rates; however, it seems the best solution may be to explore other avenues.

At this time, we are in talks with two additional exchanges that have both a positive reputation, low fees and daily transactional volumes between 15-25 million dollars. Due to the nature of the discussions, non-disclosure agreements are in place, and we sadly cannot go public with names at this time. Should terms be reached, the community will be informed immediately, but please be aware these discussions can take up to two weeks!

These two exchanges are by no means are only options. The community has been very vocal in regards to where they would like to be able to trade PFR. As such, and as promised, we would like the communities input on who they would like to see us approach.

Hi! The price at the moment more or less stable. Why did we do this $ 250? We specifically fixed this in dollars, so that it was understandable value.
