Everything is OK, just for designing one blockchain technology concept you need to know a lot about programing. I am trying to define my thoughts but its hard, to understand bitcoin you need to have basic knowledge about technology and economy, laws are different in every country and new laws are created every day so you need to know something about that too.
Every active person on this forum is bitcoin expert, just levels are different. For higher levels you need to have a lot of knowledge about everything on global level, to be able to follow everything that is connected with bitcoin in economy, technology and laws, to be able to connect all the dots.
On this forum for a year and something more I learned a lot about  new technologies, economy, crypto currencies. Every day I learn something new here, and for some people I'm bitcoin expert for sure.

To become expert in bitcoin, you must search some knformation in the internet and read and understand it. You can also get some knowledge here in forum because there are many expert here and have lot of knowledge about bitcoin. When Im starting here in bitcoin im just also reading here until I get knowledge and understand everything about it.

It will take atleast a year of research and study if you properly wanna reproduce the blockchain, maybe more than that, you will need to learn the fundamentals behind coding, specially "C", and then study how the blockchain works and uses peer-to-peer decentralized network to verify transactions. You should also go over the numerous whitepapers out there, watch YouTube videos on the topic whenever you can, believe me they sometimes provide lots of info, and then definitely take some courses on BTC.
